20 year old female desiring less prominent nose and reduction of nasal hump

Patient presented with dissatisfaction of the shape of her nose. Patient desired a more symmetrical nose, Dr. Fernau performed a rhinoplasty and eliminated the nasal hump giving her a smooth, more defined result. Patient and surgeon rate the results as 10/10.
