I had a differential breast augmentation with subfascial placement using Sientra smooth round silicone implants and it turned out perfect. Dr Fernau, Sheila, and the entire staff did a beautiful job on my surgery. My recovery time was short and in two weeks the implants felt like I was born with them. I told him what I expected and they exceeded those expectations. They took into consideration my very active lifestyle, and were honest about how big I could go while still looking natural, which was my end goal. My girlfriends loved the work so much a few have set up consultations for other surgeries Dr Fernau offers, and one has set up a consultation for corrective work on her breast implants. I plan on going back in the future for a few more enhancements. After seeing his rhinoplasty portfolio I know this is where I’ll go to have the damage my nose sustained in a car accident to be corrected. Definitely worth every penny. More

After researching plastic surgeons for a breast augmentation for a few years I finally felt confident enough to get the procedure done with Dr.Fernau. I was worried that I would have a long recovery and not be able to do my physical job as a massage therapist but I was back to work less than a week later! I went to Dr. Fernau for a breast augmentation. Dr. Fernau assured me that I was a great candidate for the procedure and would be well taken care of. His entire staff is extremely wonderful as well!
