Breast augmentation in April 2021. I wasn’t going to leave a review simply because that is all Dr. Fernau seemed to be concerned about me doing, but I am searching for a Dr. for a BBL and am finding that reviews are how I will determine who I go to. Prior to the practice receiving my money I felt very welcomed and like I would be in good hands. After they received my money and after the procedure I felt like a patient of a back alley practice that did not care about me as a patient. I came home and woke up to “cuff burn” on my upper arm, a warranty card for a smaller size implant that was agreed to prior to surgery after paying more for “the better implant”. Even after nurse Sheila called me and confirmed that the manufacturer had the size we agreed on in stock. I am limited in characters for this review so to keep it kind of short, I would give the results a 3 star rating because I did not get what was discussed. Treatment before the procedure was great and after was not so great. More

I love my breast augmentation. It has changed my life. My confidence is so much better. My shopping is now so exciting to find bras and tops and a whole array of bathing suits. Dr Fernau andd his staff are so kind and caring. His work is that of a perfectionist. I had minimal pain . I took only ibuprofen after surgery. In 2 weeks the swelling was gone and he placed all stitches under my skin. The nurse Shiela only had to remove some tape. She is awesome and kind. More

Dr James Fernau performed a breast aug earlier this year and my results are perfect. I had no pain and now I cannot see my incision. His staff are so kind and attentive. I am sending many friends to him! More
