Breast augmentation in April 2021. I wasn’t going to leave a review simply because that is all Dr. Fernau seemed to be concerned about me doing, but I am searching for a Dr. for a BBL and am finding that reviews are how I will determine who I go to. Prior to the practice receiving my money I felt very welcomed and like I would be in good hands. After they received my money and after the procedure I felt like a patient of a back alley practice that did not care about me as a patient. I came home and woke up to “cuff burn” on my upper arm, a warranty card for a smaller size implant that was agreed to prior to surgery after paying more for “the better implant”. Even after nurse Sheila called me and confirmed that the manufacturer had the size we agreed on in stock. I am limited in characters for this review so to keep it kind of short, I would give the results a 3 star rating because I did not get what was discussed. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fernau’s for over 3 years. He and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The office is spectacular and I’ve never had anything but the best experience there. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Fernau and his team!!! More

If you are looking for great staff and doctor you need to go to Dr. Fernau, they take care of you as if you are family. His staff always put you first. They provided me their cell numbers to call if I needed to and always checked up on me after the surgery. I had liposuction, a BBL and skin tightening, my results are AMAZING! His worked cannot be matched. He transforms your body into exactly what you want and more, I am in awe of my results. I was very nervous about having any type of surgery let alone plastic surgery(breast reductions). I researched many doctors and had 3 consults. I am so very pleased with my results and with the entire process. Dr. Fernau was amazing. He explained everything and took the time to answer my questions. He has an eye for detail and strives for perfection. Highly, highly recommend. I felt safe and secure with him as my surgeon. Follow up with so easy and timely. I love my breast augmentation. It has changed my life. My confidence is so much better. My shopping is now so exciting to find bras and tops and a whole array of bathing suits. Dr Fernau andd his staff are so kind and caring. His work is that of a perfectionist. I had minimal pain . I took only ibuprofen after surgery. In 2 weeks the swelling was gone and he placed all stitches under my skin. The nurse Shiela only had to remove some tape. She is awesome and kind. More

I traveled from out of country to get pec and bicep implants and Dr. Fernau and his team were INCREDIBLE!!!!! They were helpful for transportation, emails, feedback, and took care of any concerns I had. They all made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease especially when traveling by myself. I had laser scar revision on my leg. The results were fantastic. Dr. Fernau fixed the incision and took care of the nerves that were affected by my accident.
