Hi I'm Doctor James Fernau I'm a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and I'm wanted to share my experience with a filler called Artefill.

Artefill is polymethylmethacrylate and bovine collagen and over a period of months to years the bovine collagen is replaced with my own collagen, giving a more of a permanent result than some of the fillers that dissolve in six, nine or 12 months.

Now Sheila is the expert injector that did inject me over four years ago and Sheila, how was I as a patient?
Sheila:
You were a very good patient.
Dr. James Fernau:
How many syringes did you inject that day?
Sheila:
I injected 20.
Dr. James Fernau:
So I had 20 syringes of Artefill injected on that day and how did I do as far as pain and swelling and bruising?
Sheila:
You tolerated it very well. You had minimal bruising, minimal swelling. The next day you looked normal. You look younger than you did before.
Dr. James Fernau:
And would you say my results have maintained over the four years?
Sheila:
They certainly have, yes.
Dr. James Fernau:
And I would agree. I think that the Artefill has maintained more of a youthful look. I look more refreshed than I did before the injections and I'm very, very pleased with the results and that was my Artefill injection and filler story. Thank you.
