22 year old female desiring smaller waist and fuller buttocks

22 year old female presented with dissatisfaction with her small buttocks and lack of a defined waist. Dr Fernau was able to achieve a smaller, more contoured waist and fuller buttocks with more projection by performing liposuction of the abdomen and hip rolls then sterilizing the tissue and separating the healthy fat from any tissue that may not survive the transfer process. Dr Fernau then re-injected the fat into the buttocks to give it more projection and make it appear more shapely. Our patient is very satisfied with her results!
