Buttock Augmentation with Implants

A 29-year-old female presented with complaints that her buttocks are flat and saggy. Dr. Fernau used body shaping, or body sculpting in order to improve her body shape. He liposuctioned her abdomen and waistline using SAFELipo in order to enhance her buttocks. Fat was transferred into the buttock after harvesting fat and body contouring. Thus, the Brazilian Butt Lift was completed. 850 cc of fat were injected into each buttock. She was pleased with the results and had a quick recovery. In addition, she gave Dr. Fernau a 10/10 satisfaction rating.
