25 Pittsburgh Female desiring larger Buttocks

This 25-year-old female patient presented with complaints of too little and too flat of buttocks. She often felt embarrassed and uncomfortable while wearing yoga pants and jeans. 450 cc Implantech implants were placed within the gluteus maximus muscle using the XYZ technique. In addition,Dr. Fernau used SAFELipo to sculpt the abdomen and hip rolls. Additionally, fat was transferred into the subcutaneous buttock tissue for further enhancement. 350 cc was grafted into each buttock. She was very happy with the results and gave Dr. Fernau a 10/10 satisfaction rating.
