27 year-old desiring enhanced buttocks

A young, beautiful woman with an already shapely body wanted enhanced buttocks with buttock implants. This was performed using the XYZ technique, founded by Dr. Raul Gonzalez in Brazil. Dr. Fernau trained with Dr. Gonzalez and frequently performs the intramuscular XYZ buttock augmentation. The implants used were 350 cc Implantech implants that were placed within the gluteus maximus muscle. She did extremely well postoperatively and presented approximately one year later desiring additional buttock enhancement. Using SAFELipo, she underwent liposuction and liposculpting of the abdomen and hip rolls. Additionally, fat was transferred into the subcutaneous buttock tissue for further enhancement. 550 cc was grafted into each buttock. She was very happy with the results and gave Dr. Fernau a 10/10 satisfaction rating.
