36 year-old female desiring to fill in a defect of her deltoid region

This patient had a defect in her arm secondary to a Depo Medrol steroid injection and wanted to fill it in to make it look less apparent. Dr. Fernau transferred ready made fat from a pre-mixed syringe into the deltoid defect. This product is new technology developed by the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation and is called Renuva. This injection resulted in 100% correction of the defect and the patient was 100% satisfied.
