33 yr old Desiring Smaller Labia

Patient had issues with excess labia tissue and wanted to get rid of the incessant chafing, itching, and swelling she suffered. For maximal patient comfort and smooth post-operative care, the alter wedge technique was performed. All sutures were placed internally with no external sutures. Exparel anesthetic injection was injected for post-operative pain control, lasting 72 hours. The patient had no post-operative pain.
