46 year old woman seeking labia reduction

This patient had issues with excess labia tissue and wanted to get rid of the incessant chafing, itching, and swelling she suffered while wearing jeans and yoga pants. For maximal patient comfort and smooth post-operative care, the alter wedge technique was performed. All sutures were placed internally with no external sutures. Exparel anesthetic injection was injected for post-operative pain control, lasting 72 hours. Prescription topical anesthetic cream was used for maximum pain control. The patient had no post-operative pain. She was extremely happy with the results, giving Dr. Fernau a 10/10 satisfaction rating.
