Breast Augmentation Photos of 350 CC Saline Implants Filled to 370CCs

The photos below show a patient that underwent breast augmentation surgery. Pittsburgh's Dr. James Fernau, a board certified plastic surgeon, performed the procedure using Inamed high profile saline implants. The incision was made around the areolar (the tissue surrounding the nipple) and the implants were placed retromuscularly (behind the muscle). The high profile implants enabled the patient to go from a 36B to a 36 D Cup. Dr. Fernau filled each implant, after placement, with an additional 20 CCs of Saline to attain the patient's desired fullness.
