26 year old female desiring larger Breasts

This patient presented with HP smooth silicone 350 cc implants. She desired to get a second operation performed to go with a larger size. We opted for HP smooth silicone 450 cc implants placed submuscularly. The surgery also corrected the look of the breasts and provided a more symmetrical shape. She was a C cup with her previous implants and is now a full D cup.
