A 36 year old white female who is 5'5'' and weighs 130 pounds presents with size 32 A breasts and desired to be a full C to a small D. She decided on an inframammary recision with the quick recovery technique. We placed 435 cc implants on both sides. The type of implants were Sientra 5.0 gummy bear smooth high profile implants giving her excellent size, shape, and symmetry. She rated her satisfaction as excellent and gave it a 100% approval rating.
