30 year old desiring correction of small, sagging breasts.

30 year old, white female presented with small breasts (breast hypoplasia) and sagging breasts (psuedoptosis) and desired correction with an implant to also provide fullness in her upper, inner breast, as well. Allergan HP20 smooth, round, high profile implants where placed. The implant sizes where 425cc on both sides. This provided excellent size, shape and symmetry with simultaneous correction of the breast sag and created fullness in the upper, inner quadrant of the breast. She is extremely happy with her results.
