25 year old female patient presents with a prominent nose and dorsal nasal hump. Dr Fernau was able to correct this by cutting out the extra cartilage along with filing of the bone to smooth out the bump. The patient was left with a beautiful straight sloped nose and was extremely pleased with her results!
