48 year old female unhappy with hump on her nose

48 year old female presented with a nasal hump. Dr Fernau corrected this by performing an open rhinoplasty to remove the dorsal hump. Dr Fernau removed the dorsal hump by cutting out the extra cartilage along with filing of the bone to smooth it out and leave our patient with a nice smooth slope to her nose. Our patient was very happy with her results!
