26 year old male desired correction of difficult breathing & nasal refinement

26 year old male presented with a crooked nose and difficult breathing due to nasal trauma from a year ago. Dr Fernau corrected his breathing and straighten his nose by performing a septorhinoplasty. Our patient is only 2 weeks post op and is already extremely happy with his results!
