25 year old white female desiring cosmetic correction of a ski-slope nose

The post operative result is 10 years from the original surgery. The patient had an open rhinoplasty approach and the nasal dorsum was corrected by placing a Medpor Graft followed by a Cook Medical Graft to obtain a perfectly smooth nasal dorsum and she always under went a tip rhinoplasty to correct a bulbous nasal tip. Simultaneously, a septoplasty was performed along with spreader graft placement to relieve nasal obstrution. She continues to have an excellent result 10 years after her procedure.
