39 year old male desiring correction of severe deviated septum

This 39 year old patient presents with nasal obstruction and a severely deviated nasal septum, He desires both functional and cosmetic correction. The surgery consisted of a septoplasty which was performed along with spreader graft placement to relieve nasal obstrution. The nasal tip was also refined with a combination of cartilage grafting and meticulous suturing technique. The patient was 6 weeks post-surgery and extremely satisfied with his results!
