64 year old looking for smaller nose

64 year old woman presented with a large nose relative to her face. She desired a smaller, thinner nose and this was corrected with a Cook Medical graft and simultaneously, a septoplasty was performed along with spreader graft placement to relieve nasal obstrution. The patient has a 10/10 satisfaction rating.
