This patient presents with a severe dorsal hump deformity and nasal obstruction. She desires both functional and cosmetic correction.
The surgery consisted of a septoplasty and turbinate excision to improve her breathing. Additionally, the severe dorsal hump deformity was decreased in size to it's normal anatomical shape and the nasal tip was refined with cartilage grafting.
The patient is extremely satisfied with her results and gave a 10/10 satisfaction rating!
