27 year old female Seeks Rhinoplasty

27 year old patient presents with nasal obstruction, deviated nasal septum and a severe dorsal hump deformity. The surgery consisted of a septoplasty and turbinate excision to improve her breathing. Additionally, the severe dorsal hump deformity was reduced and the nasal tip was refined with a combination of cartilage grafting and meticulous suturing technique.
