This patient presents with nasal obstruction, deviated nasal septum, enlarged turbinates with a severe dorsal hump deformity and a broad nasal tip. She desires both functional and cosmetic correction.
The patient surgery consisted of a septoplasty and turbinate excision to improve her breathing. Additionally, the severe dorsal hump deformity was decreased in size to it's normal anatomical shape and the nasal tip was refined with a combination of cartilage grafting and meticulous suturing technique.
Please note that this patient is a twin with identical internal and external nasal deformities. Both have similar preoperative expectations and the result exceeded their expectations.
