21 year-old patient desiring rhinoplasty surgery to reduce bulbous tip

This patient presents with nasal obstruction, deviated nasal septum, and a bulbous nasal tip. She desires both functional and cosmetic correction. The patient surgery consisted of a septoplasty and turbinate excision to improve her breathing. Additionally, the bulbuous nasal tip was decreased in size to it's normal anatomical shape and size through cartilage grafting and meticulous suturing technique. The patient gave a 10/10 satisfaction rating!
