25 year old male hit with basbeball, desiring reconstruction of nose

This patient presents with a total nasal collapse due to being struck in the nose by a baseball bat. He developed a septal hematoma which caused necrosis of the nasal septum. This was corrected by harvesting cranial bone graft for a successful dorsal augmentantion. He desired both functional and cosmetic correction. The patient couldn't believe the perfect results he receieved and gave a 10/10 satisfactory rating!
