44 year old woman seeking less prominent nose and better breathing

44 year old woman presented with a large, prominent hump on nose. She desired a straighter nose and correction of a bulbous nasal tip. This was corrected with a Cook Medical graft and simultaneously, a septoplasty was performed along with spreader graft placement to relieve nasal obstrution. Her result is 6 months post op and the patient has a 10/10 satisfaction rating.
