18 year old female seeking straighter nose and smaller nasal tip

18 year old female presents with breathing problems and dissatisfaction with the hump on her nose and her bulbous nasal tip. This was corrected with a Cook Medical graft and simultaneously, a septoplasty was performed along with spreader graft placement to relieve nasal obstrution and correct her hump and tip. The patient is extremely satisfied with her results!
