18 year old female desiring less prominent nose and reduction of nasal hump

This 18 year old patient presents with nasal obstruction, deviated nasal septum, enlarged turbinates with a severe dorsal hump deformity. She desires both functional and cosmetic correction. The surgery consisted of a septoplasty and reduction of her severe dorsal hump deformity. The nasal tip was also refined with a combination of cartilage grafting and meticulous suturing technique. The patient is extremeley satisfied with her results!
