23 year old female desiring nasal deprojection and tip refinement

23 year old female presents with an overprojected nose and a bulbous tip. Dr Fernau corrected this by performing a tip rhinoplasty which included trimming the lower lateral cartilages and placing precision sutures to refine the tip and make it look more pleasing along with shaving down excess cartilage on the bridge of the nose. The combination of these procedures reduced the projection and size of her tip. The patient was very happy with her results!
