Hey y’all! Just wanted to let y’all know how my experience was. I had the mastopexy producer done and lipo under my arms. My whole life Iv had big bulging fat under my arms and could never wear tank tops and such. Dr Fernau fixed my biggest insecurity and for that I’m forever thankful for.Dr Fernau and his team was absolutely amazing! I had the best experience ever. I went in nervous and scared that it would hurt or I would be botched lol but nope. The pain was very moderate and I was up and moving with no problems the next day. Dr fernau suggested that I take milk thistle to help with the hardness after lipo and boy was he right. I can’t brag even on dr fernau and all his staff! I will be going back 100%! Dr Fernau performed a BBL or Brazilian Butt Lift and body contour liposuction including a breast lift as part of a mommy makeover. Outstanding results. Perfect to me. It has been one year and my buttocks have retained almost all of their volume far beyond my expectations. My breasts are symmetric and he fat grafted them to increase size which is perfect. He used SAFELipo on my body and all of my contours are smooth. I could not be happier. I HAD BOWED LEGS AND SEVERLY UNDER-DEVELOPED CALVES. DR FERNAU DID DOUBLE IMPLANTS ON EACH OF MY LEGS. I AM 100% SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS OF THIS DIFFICULT OPERATION.
