dr. Fernau and his staff are some of the most friendly caring people I’ve ever met. A bit anxious because I wanted so much work done that it was a very long procedure. I got my under arms Lipo and Lipo 360 peck bicep and tricep implants everything better than I had imagined, the outcome was amazing. I even had a lot of personal things going on and they were so empathetic and so helpful. If I wasn’t moving away, I would be back once a month for touchups on skin care. Dr.James Feranu has been my plastic surgeon since 2004. His knowledge and desire to continue to learn about new techniques is why I picked him to perform my particular procedudes. I am so completely satisfied with my end results. His staff was so pleasant and helpful. His surgical ability was outstanding. The one particular thing I like the best was that he followed me post-op and I always saw him on every follow-up visit. I have recommended him to many of my friends.
