I have been treating with Dr. Fernau since 2017. I had a botched deviated septum surgery by a different doctor in 2007 which left me with a nose that was twisting and collapsing. I did a lot of research and saw multiple doctors for consultation before choosing Dr. Fernau. He treated me the way you would take care of a member of your own family. He was so kind, caring and reassuring about what needed to be done. He is very accomplished and knowledgeable. Dr. Fernau had to rebuild my nose from scratch. I have had 4 surgeries and now I’m undergoing PRP to thicken the skin on my nose. Dr. Fernau told me that he wouldn’t stop until my nose was perfect. He has continued to keep his word. I am a complicated case and have had a few setbacks along the way. Other doctors would have abandoned me or never even attempted to help me, but not Dr. Fernau. Today will be my first appointment since the COVID restrictions were lifted. I’m looking forward to getting back on track and I know that I have a doctor that will see this through to completion. Excellent results with acne scar reduction - What a GREAT experience on a very stressful topic for me - the deep acne scars on my face. Dr. James Fernau is kind, professional, and very skilled. He always has been friendly and takes as much time as needed to answer my questions. His staff are truly invested as well. I have had several treatments (Precision Tx, Fractionated & Ablative Lasers, and PRP treatments). There was very minimal to no discomfort for each procedure. I had a procedure done years prior under the care of a different doctor and the recover time was over double the length and after care was much more involved. Dr. Fernau gets noticeable results and also the recovery process is quite impressive as well. Overall, completely worth it. I had an excellent experience and am very happy. More

Great, great people My friend referred my for Neograft hair transplant and Dr Fernau and staff came through 100%. After 2 years all of my "patches" are gone. I can swim with confidence and am now on my third job promotion. Life changing experience for sure. I also use their hair products and get PRP injections. Use the laser cap , as well. About one year ago I came back for liposuction of my chest, abs and love handles and again another great result. Dr Fernau used hydrasolve lipo and he said it leaves things smooth and that is true. I went from a 38 to a 32. I feel great. His staff also recommend practical life eating and a more "natural" approach. I cut out out diet pop and what a difference. 52yo Looks 102 Yo - Pittsburgh, PA - I have had 2 micro needling followed by PRP (platelet rich plasma) application by Cindy Scozio at Accent on Body , the office of Dr. James Fernau, and I cannot believe my results. Cindy took extra time explaining the science behind the procedure and recommended a skin care regime that has left my skin soooooo amazing . I have scheduled another needling but continue to use the skin care and my skin has never looked so healthy. I cannot recommend Cindy enough and the results of a series of the needling. It is great for older skin like mine to help turnover but I have seen other younger patients with acne have equally unbelievable results. 10 star rating More
