Not only are all of the members here beautiful/handsome, but I have always had the best experience at this office for years. Everyone is so nice and i love that they are all perfectionists with their injections! Shelia makes my lips perfect every…single… time. From the moment you walk in the front door you’re greeted immediately by their pleasant receptionist who is very knowledgeable about all the services they offer. Dr. Fernau gave my lips a beautiful shape and plump. They didn’t over swell or bruise like I have had happen in the past when I’ve had them done elsewhere. My nose without any bad angles - I have always had breathing problems. It wasn't something only I noticed - even school classmates commented. When I turned 30, I figured I still hopefully have 60 years of breathing left to do, so it is time to do something about it. I interviewed every doc in town and landed on Dr. Fernau because:1) He is double boarded as both an ENT and as a plastic surgeon 2) His before/afters appealed to my aesthetic the most3) He said during the consultation that his daughter had the same bumps on the side of her nose and I thought maybe he'll see a bit of his daughter on the table that day.In the end >2 years later, I am incredibly happy with my results both from a cosmetic and functional aspect. I can breathe now. I sleep with my mouth closed and my constantly bleeding/chapped lips are better. Getting sick is a breeze because I can actually blow the mucous out of my nose instead of every cold turning into a raging sinus infection. I am very happy with the appearance- it is still "my nose" but I just don't have any bad angles anymore. Throughout the entire experience with Dr. Fernau, I was treated with respect, kind consideration, and was never rushed out of just one more question with every member of his team. Two years ago the office scheduling practices were a mess, but I knew when I got back there, I would be the #1 priority so it was worthwhile. Billed to insurance was over $45k, but my total cost was about $15.7k once you paid all the bills, medications, etc. I would recommend Dr. Fernau to anyone considering a septo/rhinoplasty. More

I have been to Dr.Fernau's office for Juvederm injections in my lips on three separate occasions and both he and his staff have been fabulous every single time. I came to get juvederm fearfully after a bad experience at a local and very popular medical spa that left me with botched looking lips that had to be fixed and dissolved. I wish I would have found Accent on Body before then! Dr.Fernau and his staff injected my lips in a truly artful and careful manner! They are excellent at what they do, and have a friendly bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable. I now have the perfect pout and I love my lips! More

My timing is always on schedule and I have at least 4 professionals to reach pre op if I have any issues which in 18 yrs., I never have and they also text me bc a cell phone near your face post op is very un sanitary. You're probably going to a great surgeon and I wish for you great results!!I go to the best surgeon. And I've never had anything less than the best results and I can fly anywhere in the country....I choose to drive to Coraopolis, Pa. Patient for life! More
Dr.Fernau recently did my lip augmentation using voluma and the pout technique ! Oh my gosh I can't stop trying on different color lipsticks ! My lips are voluptuous yet do not look over done ! Just natural the numbing Creme saved the day and made it painless with the injection ! His staff those girls are knowledgable and just kind ! I will go back over and over again for filler as well as other procedures in the future ! He really took his time with me and made me feel at ease !! More

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Fernau and it was for lip injections. I have been to many other businesses for lip injections before but have felt my wants were not met by the injectors due to poor technique and/or lack of knowledge in regards to products that can be used for the result I seek. Dr. Fernau was very pleasant, along with the other staff in the office. He made sure that he understood my expectations and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He had told me that in the medical field, especially in his speciality, that "tenacity is important" and I couldn't agree more. He had went beyond my expectations from using products that have never been used on me before from others, ensuring I was pleased with the outcome, and even providing a discount/special. His technique was one of impeccable skill and I had left the office with beautiful results instantly. In the past, I had left other offices with considerable swelling and unnatural looking lips. I was confident enough to be seen publicly immediately after the injections. He insisted upon a follow up to ensure I was satisfied and guaranteed a free fix if I was unsatisfied. I am looking forward to seeing him next week and highly suggest him for his ability to create aesthetically pleasing (and lasting) results. More
I had an upper lip lift about a month ago. I'm very pleased with the results. Dr Fernau's work is exceptional. The suture line which goes all around my nose is nearly imperceptible. The post-op pain was minimal. Dr Fernau is very down to earth and accessible. His staff is quite friendly and helpful. I highly recommend dr Fernau and I will look no further for a surgeon no matter what the procedure. More
